The Ninja Test Frameworks Software License grants users unrestricted, perpetual access to the framework’s full features through a single purchase—no subscriptions required.

This license is ideal for QA engineers, dev teams, and test automation leads. However, the licensor reserves the right to terminate the license at any time without conditions, in order to retain full control over distribution and usage.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, the Ninja Test Frameworks license is non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Disclaimer

It is not warranted that Ninja Test Frameworks will meet your specific requirements or operate uninterrupted or error-free. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Ninja Test Frameworks offers no warranties regarding quality, fitness for purpose, or performance. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damages, and total liability shall not exceed the price paid by you for the product.
