Ninja Test Frameworks License Agreement

TL;DR;

Personal License: Build unlimited projects as an individual.
Team License: Build unlimited projects as a team.

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Ninja Test Frameworks, represented by SunScale Solutions, and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the Ninja Test Frameworks product suite (the "Product") available at https://ninjatestframeworks.com. By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Personal License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Personal License to use the Ninja Test Frameworks for:

• Create unlimited projects.
• Build and test applications for personal or commercial use.

1.2 Team License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Team License to use the Ninja Test Frameworks for:

• Create unlimited projects.
• Collaboratively build and test applications within a team.
• Share the codebase among team members.

2. Restrictions

• Do not resell or redistribute the framework as a standalone product.
• Do not remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
• Do not use the framework in violation of any applicable laws.
• Do not sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the framework.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Ninja Test Frameworks retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the framework. This Agreement does not grant any ownership rights to the Licensee.

4. Warranty and Disclaimer

THE NINJA TEST FRAMEWORKS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NINJA TEST FRAMEWORKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements related to the use of the Ninja Test Frameworks.
